Meditation and breathwork ~ 60 min
focused breathing improves the oxygenation in the blood which leads to increased energy, greater stamina, can soothe physical illness and improve your overall mental and physical health. Meditation takes a more cognitive approach, focusing on what you’re experiencing in that moment, your heart rate, your breathing and calming your thoughts so that your mind and body can relax. by being more aware and in control of your present state it is possible to improve emotional regulation and sympathetic nervous system functioning. some research even suggests that by utilizing these two techniques in your everyday routine, they may help manage symptoms associated with anxiety, asthma, cancer, chronic pain high blood pressure, insomnia, migraines, heart disease and more.

Sound and vibration therapy ~ 60 min
Sound healing has been shown to help reduce pain and inflammation associated with knee replacement, menstrual cramps, post operative discomfort and arthritis, along with improving your sleep patterns and lowering high cholesterol. The frequencies experienced during sound therapy slow the brainwaves to a restorative state, activating the body’s natural self-healing system. These vibrations of different frequencies interact with your body on a cellular level to prduce positive results.

TIY ( Trauma Informed Yoga) ~ 60 min
The benefits of TIY are very powerful by reducing anxiety, increasing more regulated emotions, providing clearer focus, heightening concentration, and decreasing disassociation. A recent national survey found that over 55% of individuals who tried yoga felt better. Additionally, it is shown to reduce the symptoms of PTSD for individuals by encouraging them to remain focused and present with the physical challenges of the moment, resulting in a finer-tuning of self regulation and active mindfullness.

Creative art therapy ~ 60 min
Learning how to express yourself through art is an amazing asset for individuals who have a hard time expressing their thoughts and feeling with words. Art therapy has been shown to help individuals who are dealing with anxiety, struggling with low self-esteem, or are suffering from depression. Many find it gives them more confidence and helps them to improve their social skills as well. Our programs feature local artists and art educators who will be sharing various techniques and forms of art our visitor to explore and connect with.
